This weekend I got to explore more of Izumi, which is a bigger suburb than I`d realized. I went to a cafe called the Flat White in the northern part of Izumi. Its a cafe that specializes in coffee, but I don`t really care for coffee, so I tried the Darjeeling tea instead. It was very good.
I really liked the interior design of the cafe, and overall I think Flat White had a really good atmosphere. I definitly want to go again.
Admittedly, it was a bit hipster and a bit pretentious and I think it would be very difficult to get there without a car.It felt a lot like a coffee shop that I could find back in the states, so I think I was very cofortable there.
I also visited the outlet malls and a sushi restraunt, both of which were a lot of fun and left me wanting to come back again.
