Last week, one of our students and I had the same experience of muscle aches by accident.
We both went bowling on weekends. What a coincidence.
Do you know any measures to relieve muscle discomfort?
Should I work out more to prevent experiencing muscle pain? :)
Let me share a couple of words to describe pain.
1. achy 疼痛のある、痛い(continuous but not very strong)
My muscles are achy just from going there.
2. acute 激しい痛み
Acute pain occurs when we've been injured or after surgery.
3. pricking ちくちく痛い
My finger is pricking.
4. sore ひりひりする
I have a sore throat.
