I hope you are having a wonderful 2019.
I heard that many people in Japan suffer from 五月病 in May.
In the U.K, people often have a similar feeling, but in January. Usually this is because many people celebrated Christmas and New Year hard and January feels a little disappointing for them. In addition, the weather (although about the same temperature as Tokyo) is rather grey and grim.
People often say they are suffering from the "January Blues".
Luckily, the sky is clear and the weather is sunny in Tokyo in January, so I don't suffer from the January Blues.
Do you ever get 五月病 or the January Blues?
A good way to feel great and positive is to join me at AEON tomorrow! We are open from 10:00 until 18:00, so feel free to drop by and say "Hi!".
Have a great weekend!
