Negotiating the negotiator
Howdy y'all!
Today I taught 2 students how to negotiate! Have you ever nogotiated before? I hear in Japan negotiating for discounts or reducing the price is not common. However, this is a common practice in the States when people buy used items, cars, or houses!
1. You can begin a conversation by simply asking, "Excuse me, is this item negotiable?"
2. If you would like to set a price, you can ask, "Can you do $___ for this item?)
3. You can also show desperation by saying, "I only have $____ on me."
There you have it! An introduction on how to negotiate! Now you can travel around the world and learn how to negotiate for the souvenirs that you want!

Excuse me, is this item negotiable?"(この商品は交渉能ですか?)
Can you do $___ for this item?"(○○円にできますか?)
3.または"I only have $____ on me."(今○○円しか持ち合わせがありません。)
