Hi Everyone,
 
I hope you are all keeping warm in this chilly weather – the temperature has really taken a dip over the last week hasn’t it?
 
Last Sunday, my friends and I visited Meiji Shrine. Even though it was raining, the shrine was an enchanting place to be. I especially loved the walkway leading from Harajuku Station to the shrine, as the wooden tori gate at the entrance was so grand and imposing and made me feel as though I was stepping into another world. The forests on either side of the winding main walkway looked even more green and lush in the Autumn rain.

Afterwards, we found a kaizen sushi restaurant for a quick dinner stop before heading out to explore the Golden Gai area. I love that here in Japan, the kaizen sushi restaurants have unlimited free matcha powder for green tea!
