A Little Goes a Long Way…
Hi everyone, Jade here! Hope you’ve had a great start to the week.
This week I’d like to talk to you about how to maintain your New Year resolutions.
Setting new goals for the year can be incredibly hard, but what’s even harder is finding the motivation to consistently maintain them.
When setting new goals, I like to do 3 things;
1. Write them down.
2. Put them somewhere I can see them every day (on the fridge, the mirror or on my noticeboard.)
3. Most importantly, always try, and never give up.
Sometimes your week will be incredibly busy, you’ll be tired or under a lot of stress at school or work, but remember –
doing something is better than doing nothing.
A little goes a long way!
If your goal was to study 15 minutes a day, and you can only do 5 minutes one day – just do the 5.
Tomorrow is always a new day, and, with a new day, comes a fresh start.
