今日はBrendan先生が、

アメリカのお祭りで

特に好きだった食べ物を紹介してくれました♪

Brendan先生のお気に入りは

「Elephant Ears」

と呼ばれる大きな揚げパン！

見た目が象の耳に似ているから

そう呼ばれているみたいです

実際はピザと同じくらい大きいそうですよ(#^.^#)

さすがアメリカンサイズですね！

他にもいろいろアメリカらしい食べ物を

How are you?

In my hometown there are many festivals every summer.

They all have delicious food there too!

So today I want to talk about my favorite American Festival Food.

First is Caramel Apples!

These are apples that are covered in caramel.

They're very simple but delicious!

At many American festivals there is a lot of deep fried food(揚げもの) as well.

One of my favorites is Deep Fried Oreos!

They take Oreo cookies and deep fry them.

It's very unhealthy, but delicious!

My favorite festival food is Fried Dough(揚げパンのようなもの)!

We also call them Elephant Ears because they look like an elephant's ear.

Elephant Ears are big pieces of fried dough covered in sugar and cinnamon.

They're about as big as a large pizza!

It's cruchy on the outside and soft in the middle and very sweet!

I miss Elephant Ears alot!

I wish I could have one right now.
