Hi everyone, it is me Ricky！

I hope you are all staying safe and well during these times!

So a very important thing right now during telecommuting is E-mails.

So today I am gonna teach you proper ways to start and end an email in English.

So to start, there are 3 basic ways of starting an email.

☆You can use the most casual, which is someones name.

For example

Mr. Diaz, or Ricky,

☆A little bit more formal but a bit less used is to use

To Mr. Diaz or To Ricky

☆And the most the formal would be that of

Dear Mr. Diaz or Dear Ricky

Now to end emails,

there are so many ways to do so.

My personal favorites are things like

Sincerely, Sincerely yours, thank you for your time

And things of that nature.

If you ever have extra information, after signing off with your name, you can write

P.S. which stands for post script.

This is used for any other things you want to say, but not pertaining to the topic of the email.
