Pancakes or ホットケーキ?
Hello everyone! This is Linda-sensei (*^o^*)
Recently, I went to Kichijoji to eat pancakes and drink tea. In America, we call them pancakes because they`re flat, fluffy and soft. In Japan, I know they call it "ホットケーキ"but I noticed that they are also made differently here. Maybe it was just the pancake cafe I went to but their ホットケーキ were very fluffy but also thick. They were also a little moist. Usually I would say that I like to eat waffles but Japan ホットケーキ might be better than waffles and pancakes!
I hope you all have a great day!
