Dear readers,

I'd like to introduce you to my family!

My dad is the only person I know who has larger hands than me. His name is Dan. We are very similar in a lot of ways, but are still quite different. He loves classic rock music, and especially likes the band KISS. I'm pretty sure when I get older I'll look just like him.

My mom has a loud voice and a kind heart. Her name is Ruth. She's very dependable, and is always thinking about her family. She also keeps up-to-date on many different TV shows, and likes to discuss them with everyone. Whenever I have a problem, I can rely on my mom to help me solve it.

My older sister is the spitting image of my mom. Her name is Katie. She lives in California with her husband, Mitch. They just had a daughter named Luna, and she is super cute. I love hanging out with my sister because we always have a good time. They said they're going to come visit me in Japan. I can't wait!

My older brother and I were often mistaken for twins when we were young. His name is Tyler. He travels all around the USA with his wife, Hannah, and their three daughters. In high school he was something of a troublemaker, but now he's a proud parent and husband who works hard for his family.

Fun fact: I actually have two moms! My biological mom's name is Jamie. She's incredibly kind, hardworking, and creative. She makes all kinds of art in her spare time, and has even written a book! The fact that I'm so far from home makes her a bit worried, so I try to call her as much as our schedules allow.

Thank you for reading about my family! I love them so much, and I wouldn't be who I am today without them.
