Fall Food Adventures
Last week I was thinking to myself "what's a food I haven't eaten recently" and
the first thing that popped into my mind was sweet potato fries!
They taste really good when they are covered in sea salt and garlic.
So I decided to attempt making them in the fish broiler.
Did you know in America the fish broiler isn't a thing?
No stove tops are equipped with one.
However, I've learned that in some cases the fish broiler in Japan
can act as a pseudo-oven.
This time though, it didn't work well. I burned the sweet potato fries to a crisp.
They still tasted good so I can't complain, but next time I'll do better/
