アメリカに住んでいたころ、

よく見ていたアニメがほぼ日本のものだったそうで、

そこから日本に興味がでてきたそうです(#^.^#)

大学でも日本の伝統を学んでいたそうですよ★

Hello! This is Brendan. How are you?

This month marks 1 year and 5 months since I moved to Japan!

It feels like a much shorter time!

So today I want to talk about why I moved to Japan.

When I was really young I always watched Japanese Dragon or monster anime on TV.

I didn't know they were Japanese cartoons at first, but I really liked them.

After I learned they were Japanese I wanted to learn more about Japan.

All of my favorite things were from Japan!

In high school and college I learned more about Japanese culture and traditions.

It seemed so beautiful and safe here so I wanted to visit.

Many people from my hometown never move away.

They stay in Ohio forever, but I wanted to try something new.

I decided to move to a new country and Japan was my #1 choice.

After living here for more than 1 year I'm really happy with my decision.

I've met many interesting people and learned so many things about the world.

I've also seen many beautiful things!

I don't know how long I'll live here, but there are still alot of things I want to do in Japan.
