明日は成人式ですね(#^^#)

日本では20歳から成人とされていますが、

2年後には18歳に引き下がりますね！

外国では18歳から成人とする国も多く、

Becky先生が生まれたイギリスも

成人は18歳なんだそうです

なので、18歳の誕生日は家族や友人と

盛大にお祝いするそうですよ！(#^^#)

Becky先生も、

18歳の誕生日は友達と

楽しく過ごしたようです♪

In the UK, people become

adults when they turn 18.

From 18,

we can drink alcohol,

vote, among other things.

Most people in the UK

have a big celebration

for their 18th birthday.

Many people have

a big party with their

family and friends.

Sometimes this party is

at their house or

some people rent a venue.

Since you can drink from 18,

most people at the party

drink a lot!

People have a good time

dancing and drinking

at the party.

For my 18th birthday

I went to a local bar

with my friends on my birthday.

I also had a party the following

weekend, it was a lot of fun.

I enjoyed being 17

and 18 because I went to

18th birthday parties

nearly every weekend!
