For the past couple of months I've been spending a lot of time at the gym. I go to the gym 6 times a week after work. It helps me to release stress and relax. Some days I don't feel like going to the gym, but I know that If I want to reach my fitness goals, I have to stick to the workout plan.
I've also started eating broccoli "wild style" (uncooked and uncut). It almost looks as if I'm eating a tree. My coworkers think it's strange, but it's healthier to me.
