This weekend, I tried making gyoza dumplings for the first time with Ms Yukino.
Folding them was very difficult at first... I was really bad at first The picture is my first gyoza, and the last plate I made. Big difference!!
In America, they call gyoza 'potstickers' because they stick to the bottom of the pan.
In England, they're not so common, so they're usually just called 'gyoza dumplings' in Asian-food restaurants.
