Daylight Saving Time!-Matt
Daylight Saving Time (DST) is the name
used to describe changing clock times by
one hour in spring and fall (autumn).
This is done so that Sunset occurs later
in the day. We use the phrase
" spring ahead, fall back" to help
remember the change.
We practice DST in the US in all states
except for Arizona and Hawaii.
Arizona is very hot so changing clocks
for a later sunset could have negative
impact, and Hawaii is close to
the Equator so Hawaii already has a
lot of daylight. What do you think of DST?
Next time you see me please tell
me about your DST opinion and experience!
