Today's English tip is the difference between "look it up" and "check it out"

① look it up; casual,reseach

A: Do you know how to get to Hibiya park?

B: No, but I'll look it up.

② check it out: visit it, try it

A: Have you been to Hibiya park?

B: No, but I'll check it out.

＼Please try it in your class ☆／

"look it up"と"check it out"は似ているようで

こういったニュアンスの違いがあるんですね(^O^)

普段は意識せずにどちらも使ってしまいそうですが、

これからはこういったネイティブが当たり前に使い分けている表現も

パッと言えるようになれたらかっこいいですね...☆
