今回は海浜公園を訪れたときのお話しです◎

Dear readers,

During the national holidays, I was invited to visit Hitachi Seaside Park by the staff at another AEON school. I hopped on the train and met up with Yosuke, Ayano, Jed, Lauren, and Tyler at Katsuta station. Yosuke drove us the rest of the way to the park while I learned everyone's names and they asked me about my time in Japan.

It was drizzling when we arrived at the park, but we were determined. We rented some bikes and pedaled our way to Miharashi Hill. The kochia flowers are currently growing, so the hill was covered in green. We even rang the bell at the top. After riding around a little more, we found ourselves at the Glass House Café, and relaxed a bit before going to return the bikes.

We walked over to the amusement park area and were able to use some coupons that Ayano had to get ride tickets. We rode the roller coaster and a few of the smaller rides. Jed was in for a shock on the Super Swing; he didn't check the name and wasn't expecting the spinning ride to start swinging!

Everyone was very nice, and after leaving the park we all got yakiniku together. I had a lot of fun meeting them, and I hope to see them again soon!

祝日の間、私は他のイーオンのスタッフと海浜公園を訪れました。道中、私はみんなの名前を覚えたり、これまでの日本での生活を聞かれたりしました。

着いた時は霧雨でしたが、私たちは自転車を借りて見晴らしの丘に登りました。コキアも育っていて、丘は緑で覆われていました。それから丘の上で鐘を鳴らしました。そのあと、もう少し自転車に乗って、カフェで休憩しました。

アミューズメントのエリアに着くと、あやのさんが乗り物に乗れるクーポンを持っていたので、ローラーコースターに乗ったり、いくつか乗り物に乗りました。Jedはスーパースウィングにショックを受けていました。彼はその乗り物の名前を確認しておらず、周りながらゆらゆらと揺れることを予期していなかったのです！

みんなとってもいい人たちで、海浜公園の後にはみんなで焼肉に行きました。みんなに会ってとっても楽しかったし、またすぐに会えるといいなと思っています。
