I hope you`re doing great this summer season! The rainy time is past, and the sun is shining! Reminds me a lot of Florida, the `Sunshine State`.

One question a lot of my students ask me is, `If you could have one last meal of your life, what would it be?`

I`ve thought about this for quite some time, and I have found an answer.

I would like to have churrasco (Portuguese and Spanish name) as my last meal.

It`s a delicious steak that is in the cuisine of Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. It`s chewy, savory, and goes well in a sandwich (especially Cuban bread). It`s also served with chimichurri sauce. This sauce is a mixture of parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano and red wine vinegar.

If you ever have the chance to try this delicious steak, I definitely recommend it!
