My Health and Fitness Habits2018.06.28


Hi everyone, it's Kenn here!

One thing I don't really talk about a lot is my health. I don't talk about it a lot because it's kind of embarrassing for me. I don't do very much to help it at all! However, since Golden Week, I decided to pay more attention to eating healthily and doing more exercise, because it could literally save my life some day.

Earlier thisyear, I never exercised and I ate a lot of junk food, especially sweets. Nowadays, I work out for 30-40 minutes three times a week and eat more vegetables too. It's been tough, but I'm getting used to it. I have no definitive goal, but I think it would be nice to build some muscle and feel more energetic.

I was inspired by many people - my friends and coworkers, and some of you readers too, to become more active and healthy. And so far, I'm feeling great! Maybe you don't think you did anything to help me directly, but thank you all anyway! I hope you can reach your English goals like I can reach my fitness ones! Stay tuned!
